At Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School, we operate a cashless system and use ParentPay, our secure online payment service, for all payments.
ParentPay is an online system that allows parents and carers to:
pay for school meals
pay for trips, visits and activities
book clubs and events (where applicable)
view payment history
This system is safe, efficient and helps reduce the need for cash in school.
As a cashless school, we do not accept cash payments. All payments must be made through ParentPay.
This ensures:
greater security for families and the school
a clear record of all transactions
a more efficient and convenient payment process
All parents are provided with a unique activation username and password when their child joins the school.

Receipts and payment history are available within your account

If you do not have access to the internet, please speak to the school office and we will support you in making payments.
