Parent Pay

At Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School, we operate a cashless system and use ParentPay, our secure online payment service, for all payments.

What is ParentPay?

ParentPay is an online system that allows parents and carers to:

  • pay for school meals

  • pay for trips, visits and activities

  • book clubs and events (where applicable)

  • view payment history

This system is safe, efficient and helps reduce the need for cash in school.

Cashless School

As a cashless school, we do not accept cash payments. All payments must be made through ParentPay.

This ensures:

  • greater security for families and the school

  • a clear record of all transactions

  • a more efficient and convenient payment process

How to Access ParentPay

All parents are provided with a unique activation username and password when their child joins the school.

You can access ParentPay at: www.parentpay.com

ParentPay can be used on a computer, tablet or mobile device.

Making Payments
  • Payments should be made in advance where possible

  • You can top up your account at any time

  • Receipts and payment history are available within your account
