Safeguarding

Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School We aspire that through the love of Jesus everyone should ‘have life and have it to the full.’

Our Lady's School has robust procedures and policies for safeguarding our children.  Our pupils' welfare is of paramount importance and we:

Provide a safe environment

Advise children to tell us if they or someone else feels unsafe

Work with outside agencies to promote the welfare and well-being of our children and families

Work with parents

Seek professional advice from social care for our pupils safety and well-being and follow their advice and guidance

If you have concerns about a child's welfare and safety in school then there are several members of staff you could talk to:

Designated Safeguarding Manager - Mrs. Woolaway (Headteacher)
Designated Deputy Persons           - Mrs. Flint (Deputy Headteacher)
Mr. Revell, Mrs. Slane and Mrs. Winter
Prevent Lead in School                  - Mrs. Woolaway (Headteacher)
